If you observe problems related to our beautiful infrastructure such as: parks, trees, buildings, abandoned vehicles, roads, sidewalks, utilities, street lights, traffic signals and other service issues, or a problem with another public agency: e.g. - Caltrans, you can call 311 Non-Emergency City Services.

Whether you are a local resident, business, visitor, or a public agency, Oak 311’s sole focus is to give you a positive, professional customer service experience.

How It Works

  • OAK311 receives the initial request from an internal or external customer.

  • The information is documented in Cityworks – our data base system and a service request is generated and sent to your email electronically.

  • PLEASE KEEP your tracking number!

  • The request is assigned to the responsible Operations Supervisor for repairs.

  • Contact Oak311 for updates or other questions.
